摘要
高校实行怎样的内部管理体制,这取决于国家的政策规定。而高校内部管理体制的改革同样来自于政策的驱动和受到政策的指引。本文对20世纪70年代末以来导引我国高校内部管理体制改革的相关政策进行了回顾,并对相关政策问题进行了反思。
The university management system is under control of the government, therefore, its reforms are promoted and led by the government＇s policies. The article reviews and examines the policies on reforms of university internal management system since the 1970＇s.
