摘要
新的历史条件下,高等教育面对前所未有的变革与挑战。不忘本来、面向未来、继往开来,走好新时代的高质量发展之路是高校必须回答好的时代命题。河北农业大学作为一所地方院校,正致力于通过全面深化改革,统筹推进“双一流”建设和特色鲜明高水平大学建设。基于对当前高等教育改革新形势新挑战的认识判断,以及对高等农业教育领域最新研究成果的综合研究,基于河北农业大学的案例分析,深入探讨地方农业院校“十五五”高质量发展的战略构想及实施路径选择。
Higher education faces unprecedented changes and challenges under new historical condi-tions.Colleges and universities must stay true to their origins,embrace the future,carry forward the past,open up the future,and embark on high-quality development in the new era.As a regional institu-tion,Hebei Agricultural University is dedicated to comprehensively deepening reforms and advancing the construction of“double first-class”colleges and universities and distinctive high-level colleges and universities in a coordinated way.Based on an understanding and assessment of the new situations and challenges in the current reform of higher education,as well as a comprehensive consideration of the lat-est research achievements in the field of agricultural higher education,and based on the case analysis of Hebei Agricultural University,this study deeply discusses the strategic conception and implementation path selection of high-quality development of local agricultural colleges and universities during the“15th Five-Year Plan”.
