摘要
目的观察中药盐包热敷神阙穴治疗腰椎滑脱症术后腹胀的效果,总结相关护理措施。方法 43例腰椎滑脱合并腰椎管狭窄症患者分为对照组(n=22)和观察组(n=21)。2组患者手术方式均为微创经椎间孔腰椎间融合术(Mis-TLIF)。在常规护理基础上,术后2 h对照组给予特定电磁波谱疗法(TDP)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药盐包热敷神阙穴及周围局部皮肤。干预后6、12、18、24、30 h时测定患者腹内压,评估肠功能恢复情况。结果干预12 h后,2组患者腹内压均逐渐降低,且观察组较对照组腹内压改善明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者首次排气/排便时间(21.72±3.64) h,对照组为(27.42±6.31)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药盐包热熨神阙穴可有效缓解腰椎滑脱症术后患者的腹胀。
Objective To observe the effect of hot compress with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) salt packet in treatment of abdominal distension after surgical treatment for lumbar spondylolisthesis, and summarize related nursing measures. Methods Totally 43 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis with spinal stenosis were assigned to the control group(n=22) and the observation group(n=21). All patients received minimally invasive surgery-transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(Mis-TLIF) and routine care during the operation period. The TDP radiation was adopted in both observation and control groups, and the hot compress with TCM salt packet at Shenque(CV 8) and local skin was applied in the observation group. The intra-abdominal pressure was measured at 6, 12、18、24、30 hours after surgery, and bowel function was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The intra-abdominal pressure of the two groups began to decrease gradually 12 hours after surgery, and the intra-abdominal pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time of first exhaust/defecation in the observation group was(21.72±3.64) hours, which was shorter than(27.42±6.31) hours in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The hot compress with TCM salt packet is effective in the treatment of abdominal distension after surgical treatment for lumbar spondylolisthesis.
