微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术内固定方式的研究进展 被引量:7

Research on different posterior instrumentation for minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion

摘要 1982年HaITnS等首次提出经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术(transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion,TLIF)。2003年Foley等日首次报道了微创(minimally invasive,MIS)TLIF。经过不断改良和完善,目前MIS—TLIF已被广泛应用于各种腰椎退变性疾病的治疗。内固定的目的在于提供节段的即刻稳定,促进融合。目前MIS—TLIF手术中常用的内固定方法有:
