摘要
为进一步提高烟苗的素质、探究新型基质、找到更适宜的烟苗育苗基质,本文以3种基质为试验材料,设置6个不同育苗处理开展研究,比较各处理农艺性状差异及最大叶片的SPAD平均值,并结合烤后烟叶化学成分及协调性进行了综合分析。结果表明,蚯蚓粪基质苗期生物学性状表现最优,苔藓基质大田农艺性状表现较好;总体来看,苔藓基质、蚯蚓粪基质能够较好地满足烟株生长需要,在生产中可以作为替代常规草炭基质使用。
In order to improve the quality of tobacco seedlings,explore newly substrate and find the suitable substrate for breeding tobacco seedlings,3 kinds of substrates were used as test material,6 different seedling cultivation treatment were set to conduct the research.The differences of agronomic traits and mean SPAD of largest leaf were compared,the comprehensive analysis was conducted combined with the chemical composition and coordination of the flue-cured tobacco leaf.The results showed that biological characters were the best on tobacco seedling stage for using wormcast substrate,agronomic characters were the best in tobacco field for using bryophyte substrate.On the whole,the bryophyte substrate and wormcast substrate could meet the needs of tobacco growth and replace peat moss substrate in production.
