摘要
研究了烤烟漂浮育苗过程中不同剪叶次数处理对烟苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明,剪叶对烟苗生长及生理特性具有重要作用。处理比对照根系活力显著提高,硝酸还原酶活性、临界含水量得到提高;同时降低了脯氨酸含量、多酚氧化酶活性和电解质渗透率。
This paper studied the effects of different clipping treatments on the physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in float system. The results showed that clipping treatments were very important to the physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco,which increased the activity of root system, NR, critical water content of seedlings in float system straightly,and the proline content, polyphenol oxidase activity,electrolyte permeation velocity were induced at the same time.
