摘要
全面开放是以开放促改革促发展的本质体现,是决定我国经济社会发展质量的核心指标。随着我国对外开放程度的上升,广东贸易应该如何转型以及贸易体系重构问题,引发了学术界及企业界的关注。本文从贸易历史、外贸关系、经济基础、地理位置及华侨基础等五方面归纳出广东在我国对外贸易历史中的重要性和特殊性,对广东贸易的现状展开分析,探寻出广东贸易转型升级过程主要存在新兴国家冲击、与发达国家的贸易摩擦、品牌意识薄弱、贸易流通体系滞后以及低价优势崩塌等内生性或外部性问题,针对性地提出了广东贸易转型的主要路径及策略,为广东省各级政府及企业界促进贸易转型与体系重构提供参考。
Comprehensive opening is the essence of promoting reform and promoting development,and is the core indicator that determi nes the quail ty of China’s economic and social development.With the rise of China’s opening up to the outside world,how Guangdong’s trade should be transformed and the reconstruction of the trade system has aroused the attention of academic and business circles.This article summarizes the importance and particularity of Guangdong in the history of China’s foreign trade from five aspects:trade history,foreign trade relations,economic foundation,geographical location and overseas Chinese foundation.This article analyzes the current situation of Guangdong,s trade,and explores the process of Guangdong’s trade transformation and upgrading.There are mainly endogenous or external problems such as the impact of emerging countries,trade friction wi th developed countries.weak brand awareness,lagging trade circulation system and col lapse of low-price advantage.The main path and strategy of Guangdong’s trade transformation are pointed out,including promote the upgrading of manufacturing services;enhance the core competitiveness of products;expand independent channels;promote a new pattern of comprehensive opening;develop emerging markets;foster composite trade talents;and play the guiding role of the government and chambers of commerce.Above suggestions and countermeasures provide an educational guide for governments at all levels and the business community in Guangdong to promote trade transformation and system restructuring.
