摘要
通过实证分析表明:外商直接投资对就业影响为正效应,但就业增长主要靠国内投资拉动。从三次产业角度看,外商直接投资在第三产业中的就业效应较显著。20世纪90年代中期以来,外商直接投资的直接就业效应有弱化趋势,间接就业效应有所增强。在实证基础上提出相关政策建议。
The empirical study shows that FDI has a positive effect on employment, but it is weaker than the employment effect of domestic investment. The employment effect of FDI in the third industry is stronger than the other two. Since 1995, the direct employment effect of FDI is weakened while the indirect effect is getting stronger. Finally, the paper makes some suggestions based on the empirical study.
