摘要
目的探讨放疗对乳腺癌患者改良根治术术后乳房再造的影响。方法以我院2017年1月至2018年1月的198例乳腺癌改良根治术后进行乳房再造患者为研究对象,将其分为放疗组和对照组,对两组患者的复发、转移和死亡情况进行对比,并对比两组患者的自我感觉评价结果及重建乳房的美容效果。采用卡方检验和非参数秩和检验进行统计学比较。结果放疗组患者和对照组患者的复发率和转移率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),放疗组的复发率和转移率明显较低。两组患者的死亡率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症的发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。放疗组患者的自我感觉评价结果及重建乳房的美容效果较对照组稍低,但差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳房再造是乳腺癌患者改良根治术后的常用方法,放疗可以较好的控制患者的复发率和转移率,并且不会出现明显的并发症,应值得推荐。
Objective to investigate effect of radiotherapy on breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy.Methods treat 198 cases breast reconstruction patients after modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.Divide them into radiotherapy group and control group.Compare recurrence,metastasis and mortality of two groups,and self-evaluation and cosmetic effect of breast reconstruction with Chi square test and nonparametric rank sum test statistically.Results recurrence and metastasis rate difference showed statistical significance beteen radiotherapy and control group(P<0.05),recurrence and metastasis rate of radiotherapy group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Mortality showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Complications incidence showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Selfevaluation and cosmetic effect of breast reconstruction in radiotherapy group were slightly lower than control group,difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion breast reconstruction is a common method for breast cancer patients after modified radical operation.Radiotherapy can control recurrence and metastasis rate of breast cancer patients better,with no obvious complications,which is worthy of reference.
