摘要
"近亲繁殖"对学术生产力的影响一直是国内外争论的焦点。通过搜集东西部两所"双一流"建设高校H学科教师的简历信息及SCI论文发表信息,探讨"近亲繁殖"的现状与演变趋势及对个人和机构学术生产力的影响。研究发现:两校H学科的"近亲繁殖"比例持续下降,但依然偏高且西部高于东部;近亲教师因缺乏流动局限于内部信息交流,导致个人学术生产力退化,通过学术流动可以显著改善教师的信息交流模式和学术生产力;同时,高"近亲繁殖"率还会降低机构的学术活力,抑制机构学术生产力。建立"公开竞争、公正遴选"的教师招聘机制和"非升即走"的退出机制;促进一流大学之间形成博士互聘网络圈;创造条件促进教师学术流动是防范"近亲繁殖"危害的可行之举。
The effect of academic inbreeding on academic productivity has long been the debate focus internationally. By collecting the resume information and SCI papers published by the teachers who are from the H discipline in two "Double Frist-Class" construction universities, the one in the east and the other one in the west, exploring the changing trend and present situation of academic inbreeding and its effect on the academic productivity of individuals and institutions seperately. It finds that the proportion of academic inbreeding in H discipline of the two universities continued to decline, but it was still high and the west were higher than the east;the inbred-faculty was limited to internal information exchange since they are lack of mobility, which led to the deterioration of individual academic productivity, the academic mobility can significantly improve the teachers’ information exchange model and academic productivity;meanwhile, the high academic inbreeding rate will also reduce the academic vitality of the institution and inhibit its academic productivity. Establishing the "open competition, fair selection" faculty recruitment mechanism and "up or out" withdrawal mechanism;promoting the formation of doctoral mutual employment network among top universities;creating conditions to promote the academic mobility are effective measures in order to prevent academic inbreeding.
