摘要
目的探讨药物性牙龈增生单纯牙周基础治疗的临床应用效果。方法50例药物性牙龈增生患者,均予以单纯牙周基础治疗治疗。比较治疗前后牙龈增生指数(GHI)、菌斑指数(PLI)。结果治疗后,患者的牙龈增生指数(1.1±0.5)、菌斑指数(1.4±0.6)低于治疗前的(3.5±1.1)、(2.3±1.2),差异具有统计学意义(t=14.045、4.743,P<0.05)。结论单纯牙周基础治疗在药物性牙龈增生治疗中应用效果较好,显著改善牙龈增生情况,可在临床推广使用。
Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of periodontal initial therapy on druginduced gingival hyperplasia.Methods A total of 50 patients with drug-induced gingival hyperplasia all received periodontal initial therapy.The gingival hyperplasia index(GHI)and plaque index(PLI)before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the gingival hyperplasia index(1.1±0.5)and plaque index(1.4±0.6)was lower than(3.5±1.1)and(2.3±1.2)before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.045,4.743,P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal initial therapy shows good effect in the treatment of druginduced gingival hyperplasia,and it can significantly improve gingival hyperplasia.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
