摘要
安氏Ⅲ类错[牙合]是临床常见的错[牙合]畸形,患者常表现凹面型,伴有上颌发育不足或下颌生长过度,或二者同时存在。根据Moyers分类,可将安氏Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形分为牙性、功能性和骨性。长期未纠正的前牙反[牙合]会造成颌面部畸形,同时对发音、面部美观产生影响,甚至引起儿童和青少年的心理问题。目前针对儿童和青少年前牙反[牙合],临床上常根据不同矫治阶段和前牙反[牙合]的几种类型采用上颌[牙合]垫双曲舌簧活动式矫治器、FR-Ⅲ功能矫治器、"2×4"矫治技术、前方牵引器、MRC矫治器以及成年后行正颌手术等措施。本文就近年来安氏Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形矫治的临床矫治方法进行综述。
Angle’s ClassⅢmalocclusion is a type of malocclusion commonly seen in clinical practice,and patients with it often show concave profile with constricted maxilla,or overgrown mandible,or both of them.Moyers classified Angle’s ClassⅢmalocclusion into dental,functional and skeletal categories.Non-corrected anterior crossbite may lead to oral and maxillofacial deformities as well as adverse impact on pronunciation and appearance,even inducing adolescent psychological problems.Currently,adolescent anterior crossbite is often treated with removable appliance with posterior bite plate and lingual spring,FR-Ⅲregulators and activators,"2×4"corrective technique,reverse headgear appliance,MRC appliance and orthognathic surgery in adulthood,according to different treatment stages and categories of anterior crossbite.Herein,the clinical treatment methods of Angle’s ClassⅢmalocclusion in recent years are reviewed.
