摘要
【目的/意义】在线健康社区有两类不同的用户:患者和医生,旨在考虑医患两类用户及其特点,找到影响在线健康社区用户知识共享的关键因素,为在线健康社区的良好可持续发展提供参考建议。【方法/过程】在线健康社区中知识共享行为主要可能发生在患者与患者之间以及患者与医生之间,依据演化博弈理论方法建立在线健康社区两类用户知识共享行为演化博弈模型,通过对模型的求解,以及MATLAB对模型的仿真模拟,分析影响在线健康社区两类用户知识共享的因素。【结果/结论】首先,用户积极参与知识共享的前提是用户能通过知识共享获得除知识收益以外正的期望收益;其次,患者的情感支持收益、互惠利他、共享成本、隐私顾虑、给予医生的奖励和社区患者数量占比以及医生的声誉收益、执行成本等是影响用户知识共享演化博弈的关键因素;最后,基于研究结论具体给出在线健康社区运营管理建议。
[ Purpose/significance] There are two types of users in an online health community: the patient and the doctor.Taking the two types of users and their characteristics into account, this research aims at finding the key factors that affect the users' knowledge sharing in the online health community and providing suggestions for the community's sustainable development. [Method/process ] In the online health community, knowledge sharing may occur between patients and patients, also between doctors and patients. Based on the evolutionary game theory and its methodology, this research establishes an evolutionary game model on the knowledge sharing behaviors of the two types of users in the online health community, and then analyzes the factors that affect the knowledge sharing of the two types of users in the community through solving the model and doing a simulation of the model with MATLAB. [ Result/conclusion] Firstly, the premise for the patients to participate in knowledge sharing actively is that in addition to knowledge return, the patients can also obtain positive expected return;second, the patient * s emotional support benefits, reciprocal altruism, sharing costs, privacy concerns and rewards to the doctors, the proportion of the patient in the community, the doctor* s reputation gains and their executional costs constitute the key factors influencing the user* s knowledge sharing evolutionary game;finally, this research gives specific suggestions on how to operate and manage the online health community on the basis of the research results.
