摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘方法对《辅行诀》中方剂组方规律进行深入挖掘,为研究其学术思想提供客观依据。方法:将《辅行诀》中所载方药录入到中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件中,再利用平台集成功能进行量化表达。结果:平台统计分析得出《辅行诀》中共有56首方剂,由62味中药组成,其中有24味出现4次及以上。药物主要归心、肺、脾、胃四经,以温、寒为主,甘、苦、辛居多;演化得到核心药物组合6组,新方3首。结论:中医传承辅助平台初步统计效果良好,得出《辅行诀》以寒温并用,注重扶正,补益脾胃为主的处方用药规律,可为临床用药及研发新药提供参考。
Objective:To excavate deeply the regularity of prescription and medication of the prescriptions in Fuxing Jue based on the data mining method to provide a objective basis for the study of its academic thoughts. Methods:Recorded the prescriptions contained in Fuxing Jue into the software of Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5) and made a quantitative expression by utilizing the integrated function of the platform. Results:According to the statistical analysis of the platform,there are 56 prescriptions altogether in Fuxing Jue,consisting of 62 Chinese herbal medicines,24 of which appear4 times or more. Drug effects are mainly found in four meridians including the heart,lung,spleen and stomach,primarily based on warm,cold and sweet,bitter and spicy;through the evolution,6 core drug combinations and 3 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion:The preliminary statistical effect of the Chinese medicine inheritance support platform has good results. It is concluded that the regularity of prescription and medication of Fuxing Jue is based mainly on the combination of cold and warm,stress on strengthening body resistance and spleen and stomach replenishing,which can provide reference for the clinical medication and the research and development of new drugs.
