摘要
数据挖掘是探索中医药防治男性不育症规律的重要手段,其利用频数分析、关联规则、聚类分析、复杂网络、隐结构模型等算法,通过对名家医案或临床成方(包括针灸处方)进行规范化处理与挖掘,总结归纳用药施针规律,提炼出蕴含其中的新理论、新方药,指导临床实践并提高临床疗效。该方法应用广泛,但也存在着质量控制标准缺乏、分析不够全面等问题。将高频元素分析与特色医案相结合,有机融入循证理念,运用多指标决策计算文献综合权重,综合考虑原始文献的各种内部特征,采用熵权法对其各决策指标加权,最终得到文献的总权重后再行各种数据挖掘分析是未来发展的方向。
Data mining is an important means to explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of male infertility.It uses frequency analysis,association rules,cluster analysis,complex network,hidden structure model and other algorithms,to standardize processing and mine famous medical records or clinical prescriptions(including acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions),summarizing the medication and acupuncture application pattern,extracts new theories and new prescription drugs contained in clinical experience,guiding clinical practice and improves clinical efficacy.This method is widely used,but there are also problems such as lack of quality control standards and incomplete analysis.Direction for future development is integrating the analysis of high-frequency elements with characteristic medical cases,organically incorporating evidence-based concepts,utilizing multi-indicator decision-making to calculate the comprehensive weight of literature,comprehensively considering various internal characteristics of the original literature,and applying the entropy weight method to assign weights to each decision-making indicator and ultimately obtaining the total weight of the literature before proceeding with various data mining analyses.
