摘要
崔学教教授认为早泄的病机以肾虚为本,加之岭南地区气候以多湿多热为主,湿与热一为阴邪,一为阳邪,湿邪易阻滞气机,耗伤肾阳;热邪易煎熬阴液,耗伤肾阴。因而在阴阳偏颇上,岭南地区早泄患者肾阳虚及阴虚均较为常见,不同之处在于多夹湿、热实邪,形成虚实夹杂之证。治疗上应以补肾为主,但同时还要重视补益脾胃,宁心疏导,疏肝活血,饮食调节等治疗方法。
Professor Cui Xuejiao believes that the pathogenesis of premature ejaculation is Kidney deficiency.In addition to that,the climate in Lingnan is wet and hot,in which the Wetness is Yin Evil and Hotness is Yang evil.The former would block Qi movement and consume Kidney Yang,while the latter would hurt body fluid,which consumes Kidney Yin.Therefore,in the Yin and Yang aspects,Kidney yY ang deficiency and yY in deficiency in premature ejaculation patients in Lingnan area are more common,the difference between them is that some are with Wetness or Hotness excessive Evils,forming a mixed condition of deficiency and excessiveness.In treatment tonifying Kidney would be the focus;at the same time,we must pay attention to the treatment of Spleen and Stomach function,soothing mind,regulating Liver Qi and Blood,as well as diet adjustment and others.
