摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定药用辅料羟苯乙酯中的钠(Na)、铝(Al)、铁(Fe)、钛(Ti)、锆(Zr)、镧(La)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)等9种微量金属元素的含量。方法:羟苯乙酯经微波消解,赶酸后,采用ICP-MS法,通过优化仪器参数,测定羟苯乙酯中23Na、27Al、57Fe、75As、48Ti、90Zr、139La、202Hg、208Pb 9种元素的含量。结果:9种金属元素在以下浓度范围内线性关系良好,Na元素在0~1000 ng·ml^-1内(r=0.9980);As、Ti、Zr、La、Hg 5种元素在0~10 ng·ml^-1内(rAs=1.0000,r Ti=1.0000,rZr=1.0000,rLa=1.0000,rHg=1.0000);Pb、Al、Fe元素在0~100 ng·ml^-1内(rPb=1.0000,rAl=0.9990,rFe=0.9990)。9种元素的平均回收率在76.13%~105.88%范围内,RSD在5.58%~16.27%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确度高、重复性好,可用于羟苯乙酯中Na、Al、Fe、As、Ti、Zr、La、Hg、Pb残留量的测定。微量元素统计分析结果显示本品使用时不存在安全风险。
Objective:To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for the simultaneous determination of nine trace metal elements including Na,Al,Fe,Ti,Zr,La,As,Hg and Pb in ethylparaben.Methods:Nine metallic elements in hydroxyphenylethyl ester were determined by ICP-MS after micro-wave digestion and acid removing.Results:The nine metal elements all showed good linear relationships within the range of 0-1000 ng·ml^-1(r=0.9980)for Na,0-10 ng·ml^-1(rAs=1.0000,rTi=1.0000,rZr=1.0000,rLa=1.0000,rHg=1.0000)for As,Ti,Zr,La and Hg,and 0-100 ng·ml^-1(rPb=1.0000,r Al=0.9990,rFe=0.9990)for Pb,Al and Fe.The average recoveries of the nine elements ranged from 76.13%to 105.88%,and the RSDs ranged from 5.58%to 16.27%(n=6).Conclusion:The method has high accuracy and good reproducibility,and can be used for the determination of Na,Al,Fe,As,Ti,Zr,La,Hg and Pb residues in hydroxyethyl ester.The statistical analysis of trace elements shows that there is no safety risk when using the product.
