摘要
目的探讨新疆疏附县儿童麻疹发病相关影响因素,为制定麻疹防控策略提供依据。方法选取2016—2018年度新疆疏附县125名8月龄~14岁儿童麻疹确诊病例为病例组,按照1∶1配对原则选择对照组,制定问卷调查表,回顾性收集可能影响儿童麻疹发病的相关资料,采用条件logistic回归进行影响因素分析。结果多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,近一个月医院就诊史是儿童麻疹发病的危险因素(OR=4.876,95%CI:1.350~17.608),而居室通风(OR=0.103,95%CI:0.039~0.269)、家长麻疹认知合格(OR=0.187,95%CI:0.071~0.493)、儿童接种麻疹成分疫苗(OR=0.475,95%CI:0.290~0.778)则为儿童麻疹发病的保护因素。结论应加强疏附县医院院内感染管理力度,加大麻疹防控知识宣传教育力度,全面提高儿童麻疹疫苗接种率。
Objective To explore the factors influencing measles incidence in children in Shufu county,Xinjiang,and to provide evidence for formulating measles prevention and control strategies.Methods Using a 1:1 matched case-control study,125 laboratory-confirmed measles cases aged 8 months to 14 years and 125 control cases in Shufu county,Xinjiang from 2016 to 2018 were selected as the surveyed subjects.A questionnaire was designed to retrospectively collect relevant data which might affect the incidence of measles in children,and conditional logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the hospital visiting history in the past one month was a risk factor for measles in children(OR=4.876,95%CI:1.350-17.608),while indoor ventilation(OR=0.103,95%CI:0.039-0.269),parents’qualified awareness of measles(OR=0.187,95%CI:0.071-0.493)and children’s measles component vaccination(OR=0.475,95%CI:0.290-0.778)were protective factors for measles in children.Conclusions It is necessary to enhance the administration of nosocomial infections in hospitals in Shufu county and strengthen publicity and education of measles prevention and control so as to comprehensively improve the measles vaccination rate in children.
