摘要
目的探讨双源CT双能量虚拟平扫对喉癌的诊断价值。方法选择2017年3月-2018年12月治疗的疑似喉癌患者40例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。对照组患者进行常规CT平扫检查,观察组患者进行双源CT双能量虚拟平扫检查,以手术后检测的图像作为参照,对比两组患者不同的检查方式扫描图像质量及辐射剂量。结果两组患者检查方式检出的癌细胞分布位置及形状、大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者VNCT检查方式扫描到的钙化、边界整齐度、软骨骨质破坏、癌细胞转移情况的图像质量优于对照组CNC检查方式;观察组检查方式的辐射容积剂量指数、剂量长度,有效剂量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用双源CT双能量虚拟平扫检查在喉癌临床诊断中具有重要价值,扫描图像清晰,可以精准的检测到癌细胞的分布位置和扩散情况,为喉癌的准确治疗提供了依据,且辐射剂量小。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dual-source CT dual-energy virtual plain scan for laryngeal cancer.Methods 40 patients with suspected laryngeal cancer who were treated from March 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.The random number table was divided into control group(n=20)and observation group(n=20).Patients in the control group received conventional CT plain scan,while patients in the observation group received virtual plain scan with dualsource CT and dual-energy.The images detected after surgery were taken as reference to compare the quality of the scanned images of the two groups with different examination methods.Results There was no significant difference in the location,shape and size of cancer cells detected by CNC/VNCT between the two groups(P>0.05).The image quality of calcification,boundary uniformity,chondroosteogenesis and metastasis detected by VNCT in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-source CT dual-energy virtual plain scan is of great value in the clinical diagnosis of laryngeal cancer.With clear scanning images,it can accurately detect the distribution and spread of cancer cells,providing a basis for accurate treatment of laryngeal cancer.In addition,the radiation dose is small.
