摘要
目的测定克班宁贴剂的含量与体外释放度。方法采用HPLC法测定贴剂中克班宁的含量,并以桨碟法测定其体外释放度。结果采用Thermo BDS Hypersil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.3%三乙胺(75∶25),流速1 mL·min^-1,柱温30℃。结论所用方法简便、可行,可用于克班宁贴剂的质量控制。克班宁贴剂的体外累积释放度与时间的变化符合零级动力学方程。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Crebanine patch and investigate its release in vitro.METHODS HPLC was used to determine the content of Crebanine in the patch,and the paddle over disk method was used to test the release.RESULTS The condition of HPLC was as follow:methanol-0.3% triethylamine(75∶25)was adopted as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1 and column temperature of 30℃.CONCLUSION The established method is simple and convenient,and it can be used for the quality control of the Crebanine patch.The cumulative release rate in vitro of Crebanine patch is consistent with the zero-order kinetic equation.
