摘要
目的:研究克班宁(Cre)对豚鼠离体心房肌生理特性的影响。方法:常规离体器官实验法。结果:Cre能明显减少豚鼠右心房自律性活动,明显抑制肾上腺素诱发豚鼠左心房自律性和兴奋性,豚鼠的左心房肌的功能,不应期也能明显延长,但对收缩性无明显影响。结论:Cre的抗心律失常作用可能与其降低自律性和兴奋性有关。
Objective： To study the effect of Cre on the physiological properties. Methods： The contractility, automaticity, functional refractory period （FRP） and excitability of crebanine on isolated guinea atrial muscle were studied according to the regular methods. Results： The results showed that Crebanine significantly decreased automaticity of right atrium and automaticity induced by epinephrine of guinea pigs. Markedly inhibited excitability of isolated left atrium of guinea pigs. Obviously, it prolonged the functional refractory period. But it has no influence upon contractility. Conclusion： The antiarrhythmic mechanism of Crebanine may be related to inhibit its automaticity and excitability.
