摘要
中医药治疗肿瘤成为近年临床关注的热点,本文依据中医"肝肾同源、肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本"等理论,综述常用的健脾法、补肾法在治疗肝癌方面的进展,健脾补肾类药物以及健脾补肾法干预肝癌微环境的机制。
Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tumor has become a hot spot of attention in recent years. This article, based on the theory of "liver and kidney origin, kidney as congenital and spleen for the future", summarizes the progress of the commonly used method of spleen strengthening and kidney tonifying in the treatment of liver cancer, the mechanism of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney, and invigorating the spleen to interfere with the liver cancer microenvironment.
