摘要
论述了温阳法在原发性肝癌治疗中的作用,认为肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本.肝癌的发生发展与脾肾阳气虚损休戚相关,故原发性肝癌及其并发症的治疗.应以温补脾肾为主,消癥、利水、止痛、止血、退黄为辅。
The effect of Yang-wanning therapy on primary liver cancer was discussed.It is indicated that kidney is the congenital foundation,spleen is the postnatal base of lift,and the pathogenesis and progress of liver cancer is closely related with the deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.Therefore,the therapeutic principles of primary liver cancer and its complications should be tonifying spleen and kidney with warm herbs,and the assisted therapies are dissolving abdominal mass,relieving edema and pain,arresting bleeding and removing jaundice.
