摘要
目的 :探讨加味一贯煎滋补肝肾作用的机理。方法 :以慢性激怒应激法制造大鼠肝肾阴虚证模型 ,以下丘脑、血清TRH ,垂体、血清TSH ,血清FT4 ,FT3 ,rT3 为指标 ,观察加味一贯煎对下丘脑 垂体 甲状腺轴的影响。结果 :肝肾阴虚证大鼠下丘脑TRH分泌增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,垂体TSH ,血清TSH降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清FT3 ,FT4 同时降低 ,rT3 增多 ;加味一贯煎治疗组上述指标与正常对照组比较无显著差异。结论 :加味一贯煎有调节下丘脑 垂体 甲状腺轴功能的作用。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of Jiaweiyiguanjian decoction in nourishing the liver and kidney.Method:A rat model with Yin defficiency of liver and kidney was made by way of slow irritation. Thyrotropin releasing hormone(TRH)of thyron and blood,TSH of pituitary and blood,thyroxine,3,5,3',5 tetraiodothyronine(FT 4) and 3,3',5 traiodothyronine(FT 4),3,3',5 traiodothyronine(rT 3) were used as indexes to study the effect of the decoction on HPT.Result:The TRH Secretion from hyphthalamus increased ( P <0.05),TSH of pituitary and blood reduced( P <0.05),FT 3 and FT 4 of blood decreased at the same time and rT 3 of blood. increased. The indexes of the treatment group were found almost the same as the those of the normal control group.Conclusion:Jiaweiyiguanjian Decoction could adjust HPT. [
