摘要
分析尖叶假龙胆的化学成分和药理作用。尖叶假龙胆主要化学成分为口山酮类化合物、环烯醚萜类化合物和木脂素类化合物,除此还有三萜类化合物、黄酮类化合物和甾体类化合物。尖叶假龙胆具有清热解毒、利胆退黄等功效,具有抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、保护肝脏、抗肿瘤、改善胰岛素抵抗、抗氧化和抗炎等药理作用。
The author reviewed the literatures of domestic and foreign countries in recent years and analyzed the pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmacological effects, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Gentianella acuta. The main medicinal components of Gentianella acuta are Xanthones, iridoids and lignans. In addition, there are triterpenoids, flavonoids and steroids. It has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxifying, choleretic and yellowing, and has anti-arrhythmia, anti-myocardial ischemia,protection of liver, anti-tumor, improvement of insulin resistance, anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory effects.
