摘要
目的对尖叶假龙胆全草中环烯醚萜苷类化学成分进行分离与鉴定,为开发利用该植物资源提供理论依据。方法应用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱法对尖叶假龙胆全草中环烯醚萜苷类成分进行分离,并通过理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据对分离出的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从尖叶假龙胆体积分数70%乙醇溶液提取物中分离并鉴定了6个单体成分,分别为马钱子酸(loganic acid,1)、7-ketologanin(2)、裂环马钱素(secologanin,3)、獐牙菜苷(sweroside,4)、2'-间羟基苯甲酰獐牙菜苷(deacetylcentapicrin,5)和decentapicrin A(6)。结论在对尖叶假龙胆化学成分进行研究的过程中,分离鉴定了6个环烯醚萜苷类化合物。其中,化合物2、3、5为首次从假龙胆属中分离得到,化合物1、4、6为首次从尖叶假龙胆植物中分离得到。
Objective To separate and isolate the chemical constituents from the Gentianella acuta. Methods The compounds were isolated by using the materials including D101 resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS chromatographic column and the technique of HPLC, and identified by measuring the physicochemical property and spectral data. Results Six iridoidal glycosides were isolated and identified as loganic acid ( 1 ), 7-ketologanin ( 2 ), secologanin ( 3 ), sweroside ( 4 ), deacetylcentapicrin ( 5 ), and decentapicrin A ( 6 ), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 2,3, and 5 were isolated from Gentianella genus for the first time. Compounds 1,4 ,and 6 were obtained from this species firstly.
