摘要
阐述了医疗机构检测实验室在开展新型冠状病毒检测中存在的安全风险,分析了提升检测实验室生物安全防护水平的主要措施和可行性,并结合现有检测实验室现实情况提出了采用负压柔性手套箱式隔离器提升检测实验室生物安全防护水平的建议和具体实施方案。
The safety risks for SARS-CoV-2 laboratory detection were described in medical institutions,and some measures and their feasibility were analyzed for enhancing biosafety protection in the SARS-CoV-2 detection laboratory.A laboratory biosafety improvement scheme and its implementation were proposed by using negative-pressure flexible glove box isolator in combination with the actual situation of the existing laboratory.
