摘要
基于多年从事动物医学实验室管理的经验,剖析了高校动物医学教学实验室所存在的生物安全隐患,从健全各项安全管理制度、强化师生安全意识、合理布局加强防护设施、实行安全责任制、制定应急预案等方面提出了构建生物安全管理体系的具体措施。
The laboratory of colleges and universities is an important base for experimental teaching and scientific research. The establishment of a biosafety management system for university veterinary medicine laboratory plays a key role in ensuring the teachers and students health and life. The potential biosafety problems lied in the university laboratory were analyzed. Based on the management practice for veterinary medicine labo ratory, several measures were put forward for the establishment of a biosafety management system including improving safety management rules, strengthening safety consciousness of teachers and students, arranging a rational layout and increasing protection facilities, carrying out safety responsibility system, making emergency plans, etc.
