自制封闭面屏在新型冠状病毒肺炎患者鼻咽拭子检测中的应用

摘要 目的自制一款封闭面屏,用于预防获取新型冠状病毒肺炎患者鼻咽拭子过程中患者产生的气溶胶和飞沫所导致的病毒传播.方法自制面屏由兜帽状面罩、面屏和面罩非垂直性孔道、松紧带、魔术贴等组成,获取封闭面屏内外部多部位病毒采样.结果该封闭面屏阻挡了采样过程中因刺激鼻黏膜打喷嚏形成的高速气溶胶和飞沫,可以保护医护安全和防止病区交叉感染;该设计中面屏可以反复消毒使用,防护面罩为一次性更换,节省费用、操作简易.结论该装置具有安全性高、成本低等特点,能为一线救治医务人员提供安全保障. Objective To develop a device for obtaining nasopharyngeal swabs of COVID-19 patients with closed face screen to prevent virus transmission caused by aerosols and droplets produced by patients during the acquisition of specimens.Methods The surface screen was composed of hood mask,surface screen and non-vertical orifice of face mask,elastic band and velcro to obtain virus samples from multiple parts in and outside the closed surface screen.Results The closed screen design blocked the high speed aerosol and droplet formed by nasal mucosa sneezing during the sampling process,and protected the medical care safety and prevented the cross-infection of the sick area.In this design,the face screen can be sterilized repeatedly,and the protective mask can be replaced at one time,saving cost and easy to operate.Conclusion The device has the characteristics of high safety and low cost,and can provide a safe,fast and efficient sampling process in first-line rescue,and provide a strong safety guarantee for the first-line medical personnel.
