摘要
目的建立中药苍耳子中赭曲霉素A的UPLC-MS/MS测定方法。方法样品用乙腈-水提取,提取液依次通过无水硫酸镁-无水醋酸钠(4∶1)混合粉末进行分散固相萃取和Myco6in1毒素免疫亲和柱净化去除杂质后,用超高效液相色谱-串联三重四级杆质谱进行分析测定。结果赭曲霉素A在2~50 ng·mL^-1内线性关系良好,回收率在84.67%~95.40%,RSD≤3.0%。结论本法灵敏、快速、准确、专属性强,可用于中药苍耳子中赭曲霉素A的测定。
Objective To establish an UPLC-MS/MS method to determine ochratoxin A in Fructus xanthii of Chinese herb.Methods After extracted by acetonitrile-water solution,the sample extraction solution were conducted dispersive solid phase extraction by mix powder of magnesium sulphate and sodium acetate(4∶1),then purified on Myco6 in1 column,finally analyzed by UPLC-triple quadruple MS.Results The linearity of ochratoxin A was 2 to 50 ng·mL^-1.The average recovery was 84.67%-95.40%with the RSD≤3.0%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,rapid,accurate and specific to determine ochratoxin A in Fructus xanthii of Chinese herb.
