摘要
非洲是发展中国家最集中的大陆,上世纪80年代有国家就开展了图书馆文化扶贫的实践和研究。文章利用文献研究法和内容分析法,从现有文献中选取了五个具有代表性的非洲国家,对其图书馆文化扶贫策略进行研究;最后,笔者根据非洲图书馆文化扶贫的经验提出相关建议,希望对我国图书馆文化精准扶贫有一定的借鉴意义。
Africa is the continent with the largest concentration of developing countries.In the 1980 s,some countries developed practices and researches on cultural poverty alleviation through libraries.the paper,using methods of literature research and content analysis,selects five representative African countries in the study of cultural poverty alleviation to analyze the strategies of libraries and give suggestions based on experiences of libraries in Africa,hoping to provide references for targeted cultural poverty alleviation of libraries in China.
