摘要
价格是影响生鲜农产品生产、经营、销售的重要因素,生鲜农产品价格与消费扶贫关联密切。本文基于价格分析视角,从生鲜农产品价格信息、价格优化与管理等角度阐述生鲜农产品的消费扶贫机理,分析消费扶贫的模式与策略。从生鲜农产品品质促进消费者购买、制定合理价格吸引消费者购买、畅通价格信息、营销推广、供给与需求等提出消费扶贫策略,以提升生鲜农产品消费扶贫效果。
The price is the important factor of the production,management and sale of fresh agricultural products.The price of fresh agricultural products is closely related to poverty alleviation by consumption.This paper analyzes the mechanism of poverty alleviation by consumption of price information,price optimization,price management of agricultural products based on the perspectives of price.The paper puts forward the models and countermeasures of poverty alleviation by consumption of fresh agricultural products from the aspects of promoting consumers’purchase,attracting consumers’purchase,smoothing price information,marketing promotion,supply and demand and so on.The aim is to improve the effect of poverty alleviation by consumption of fresh agricultural products.
