汽车手刹固定板成形工艺数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 对汽车手刹固定板进行了工艺性分析,确定了合理的工艺流程,再根据覆盖件结构特点,兼顾型面设计的各种原则,在计算机辅助软件中对手刹固定板进行合理的工艺补充设计,合理设置冲压方向、压料面、拉伸筋,为后续工序的顺利进行奠定基础。在AutoForm软件中进行具体的操作流程:数据导入、材料性能设置、工序规划设置、工具体设置、工艺参数初值设定等,设置完毕后软件随即开始模拟计算,得到模拟结果。成形极限图、成形性云图、减薄率云图等图示直观表明:工艺参数初值仍有修正优化的空间。为了研究摩擦系数、压边力等工艺参数对成形效果的影响,采用控制变量法,分别研究单一参数对成形结果的影响。由此,分析各工艺参数对冲压过程的具体作用原理和影响规律,得到各工艺参数的合理取值范围。 Firstly,this paper carries on the technological analysis to the specific automobile hand brake fixing plate and determines the complete technological process.Then,according to the structural characteristics of the panel and the various principles of the profile design,it carries on the reasonable technological supplementary design to the hand brake fixing plate in the computer aided software,and reasonably sets the stamping direction,the pressing material surface and the technological supplement.Filling and drawing reinforcement lay the foundation for the smooth progress of the follow-up process.Subsequently,the specific operation flow is carried out in AutoForm software:data import,material performance setting,process planning setting,tool body setting,initial value setting of process parameters,etc.After setting up,the software begins to simulate calculation and gets simulation results.The graphics of forming limit diagram,forming nephogram and thinning rate nephogram show intuitively that there is still room for modifying and optimizing the initial value of process parameters.At the same time,in order to study the influence of process parameters such as friction coefficient,blank holder force,gap between punch and die,fillet of die on forming effect,control variable method was used to study the influence of single parameter on forming result.From this,the specific function principle and influence rule of each process parameter on stamping process are analyzed,and the reasonable range of each process parameter is obtained.
