摘要
汽车冲压模具从前期工艺分析、结构设计、铸造、模具加工之后,开始进入钳工组立、装配、研合以及调试的最关键阶段。模具前期工艺分析、结构设计、模体铸造以及数控加工阶段,都可以按照工时标准化和流程标准化方式进行。因此,通过有效管控模具后期制造过程和总结标准化合理制造工时的应用,以实现钳工流水线化标准流程作业和合理化工时应用。
Automotive stamping die from the early process analysis,structural design,casting,mold processing began to enter the most critical stage of clamping,assembly,research and debugging.The pre-process analysis,structural design,mold casting and NC machining stages of the mold can be carried out in accordance with the time standardization and process standardization.Based on this,by effectively controlling the late manufacturing process of the mold and summarizing the application of standardized and reasonable manufacturing hours,the standard process operation of the clamp assembly line and the application of reasonable chemical time are realized.
