摘要
通过对汽车覆盖件生产中常见的质量缺陷及其产生原因进行分析,提出了提高覆盖件表面质量的有效方法。论述了实践中采用的检测覆盖件质量缺陷的方法,针对汽车覆盖件冲压模具的结构设计和调试过程中影响覆盖件成形质量的因素,提出了相应的改进方法。
The article analyzes the bugs of the drawing quality of the vehicle body metal sheets and the factors which affect them. It describes the methods to improving the quality of the body sheets, and introduces the methods in practical use. It also analyzes the factors and improving method affecting the quality of the body sheets in the process of die design and debugging.
