摘要
针对汕头市某水产加工企业生产废水处理问题,通过实验研究探讨了水产加工生产废水处理的技术可行性,根据实验研究的结果和企业生产的实际情况,设计了UASB-接触氧化-MBR膜处理的工艺方案,工程建设实施后,处理效果良好,出水水质稳定,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准的要求,具有良好的环境效益,也为其他企业技术改造和污水处理提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of wastewater treatment in a fishery processing enterprise in Shantou City,this paper discusses the technical feasibility of wastewater treatment in fi shery processing through experimental research.According to the results of experimental research and the actual situation of the enterprise,the UASB-contact oxidation-MBR membrane treatment process scheme is designed.After the implementation of the engineering project,the treatment effect is stable,and the quality of effl uent can reach the fi rst-class of"Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996).The engineering project has good environmental benefi ts and also provides reference for other enterprises in technological transformation or sewage treatment.
