摘要
结合实际工程,介绍了采用铁碳微电解/混凝沉淀/I-AF/I-BAF工艺处理玉米酒精生产废水的工艺设计情况,并对实际运行效果进行了简要分析。结果表明:该技术路线可行,工艺运行稳定,处理出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。
The design of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis/coagulation-sedimentation/I-AF/I-BAF process for treating corn alcohol wastewater was introduced through a specific project. The actual operation effect was analyzed. The results showed that the technology roadmap was feasible, and the process operated stably. The effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
