摘要
汕头市苏埃通道工程盾构始发井基坑施工,工程地质复杂、施工难度大,制定了深井降水、分层开挖、主体结构侧墙顺逆结合施工方案。采用了机械与弱爆破的方法处理基坑内孤石与基岩突起、多种措施做好结构防水施工,解决了基坑开挖深度大、地下水位高、地质条件复杂、施工工序多等问题,确保基坑工程的顺利施工,为后续工程节约了时间。
As the construction of the starting well for the shield of the Suai Passage Project in Shantou City involves complex geological conditions and great difficulty in construction,the sequential-and-inverted-sequential-combined construction schemes for the dewatering of the deep well,the layer-by-layer excavation and the side walls of the main structure are worked out,with mechanical methods and the weak-blasting method adopted for dealing with the isolated rock inside the foundation pit and bedrock protuberance.Quite a few other measures are also taken for the waterproofing of the structure,and helping solve problems such as the foundation pit being deep to be excavated,the level of the underground water being high,the geological conditions here being complex and the like,upon the basis of which the smooth construction of the foundation pit is ensured,with some time saved for the following projects.
