深基坑施工过程仿真及地表沉降量验证 被引量:14

Simulation of deep excavation process and verification analysis of ground surface settlement

摘要 为掌握深基坑施工引起地表沉降规律,确保深基坑工程质量和安全稳定性,以大连地铁某车站为研究背景,基于FLAC3D仿真技术构建车站深基坑土岩体摩尔-库仑弹塑性模型,对其土岩体变形和支护结构受力状况进行模拟分析,并结合现场实测数据进行对比检验,利用MATLAB绘制地表沉降对比分析曲线,从而找出地铁车站深基坑开挖过程中地表沉降量变化趋势.研究结果表明:由于基坑周围土体及地下岩层应力的影响,随着深基坑开挖工程推进到中期,地表沉降梯度增大.该研究成果可为合理预测地铁车站深基坑开挖过程中的地表沉降风险值,有效预防基坑施工事故提供技术支持. In order to understand the characteristics of ground surface settlement caused by deep excavation,and warrant the construction project quality,its safety and stability,a deep excavation project of Dalian Metro station is investigated in this study.The Mohr-Coulomb elastoplastic model of deep excavation soil-rock layers is constructed based on FLAC3D simulation techniques,and also the soil-rock distortion and the support structure force are simulated.Subsequently,the simulating results are verified using real measurement data,and the contrast analysis curves on the ground surface settlement are generated using MATLAB.Therefore,the variation trends of the settlement values in deep excavation are obtained.The engineering practice shows that the ground settlement grades increase with the deep foundation pit excavation moving to middle stage due to the influence of the soil-rock stress variation surrounding the deep foundation pit.The study provides a technological reference for forecasting ground settlement risk value,and for preventing from the accidents resulted in by deep foundation pit excavation.
