摘要
在数字校园时期,高校建设了大量的MIS系统,采集了大量的数据,但数据碎片化的问题没有得到有效解决,导致重复填表现象普遍存在,并广受教师诟病。“一张表”的核心是数据收集一次,重复使用。阻碍“一张表”落地的关键原因是数据的分散、量少质差、难以共享。本文从战略目标、组织架构、数据标准、数据集成、数据质量、数据仓库6个方面提出了高校数据治理框架,并通过该框架在“一张表”相关数据治理中的应用,在学校岗位考核、职称评审工作中切实的减少了数据填报的工作量,提高了数据质量,实现了高校核心数据的共享,解决了“一张表”的问题。
In the digital campus period,colleges and universities built a large number of MIS systems and collected a large amount of data,but the problem of data fragmentation has not been solved,resulting in the widespread existence of repeated forms of filling,and wide criticisms of teachers.At the heart of the“one table”is data collection once and reuse.The key reason for hindering the"one table"landing is the dispersion of data,the lack of quality,and the difficulty of sharing.This paper proposes a university data governance framework which can be divided in six aspects:strategic objectives,organizational structure,data standards,data integration,data quality,and data warehousing.Through the application of the framework in“one table”related data governance,in school posts,the assessment and title evaluation work,the workload of data reporting was lowered effectively,and the data quality was improved,the core data of the university was shared,and the problem of“one meter”was solved.
