摘要
为实现工程机械中压力传感器性能校准,采用了电液比例加载技术以LabVIEW软件为平台设计了一种压力传感器性能测试的液压试验台。介绍了试验台的组成,以液压原理图为基础分析了压力加载过程,利用工控机、数据采集卡和LabVIEW搭建了压力传感器性能测控系统得到传感器的静态和动态性能曲线,该试验台通过高精度压力传感器校准被测压力传感器,完成了对压力传感器的性能测试。
For the performance testing of pressure sensor in construction machinery,a hydraulic test rig for pres-sure sensor performance testing is designed based on LabVIEW and electro-hydraulic proportional loading technol-ogy.The composition and function of the test rig are introduced.The pressure loading process is analyzed on the basis of hydraulic schematic diagram.The static and dynamic performance curves of the pressure sensor are ob-tained by industrial computer,data acquisition card and LabVIEW.The measured pressure sensor are calibrated by a high-precision pressure sensor so that the performance of the testing pressure sensor could be are obtained.
