摘要
对所使用的压力传感器动态校准系统原理进行了简要的介绍.通过GUM法分析了该动态校准系统的不确定度.通过对压力传感器进行不同条件下的20次试验,将得到数据进行基于MCM法的分析,并通过MCM法对GUM法的不确定度进行了评定,通过对MCM法和GUM法的不确定度分析结果进行比对,得到GUM法无法通过验证的结论,表明GUM法不适用于压力传感器动态校准系统的不确定度评定.
The principle of dynamic calibration system for pressure sensors is briefly introduced.The uncertainty of the dynamic calibration system is analyzed by GUM method.Through 20 experiments under different conditions of pressure sensor,the data is analyzed based on MCM method,and the uncertainty of GUM method is evaluated by MCM method.By comparing the results of the uncertainty analysis of MCM method and GUM method,it can conclude that GUM method can not be verified,and the GUM method is not suitable for uncertainty analysis of dynamic calibration system.
