摘要
目的分析循证护理在神经外科糖尿病患者健康教育带教中的应用效果。方法选取该院66名实习护生及66例神经外科糖尿病患者(2017年3月—2018年8月),将患者及护生随机分为常规糖尿病健康教育带教及护理的对照组(患者、护生各33例)与应用循证护理的健康教育带教的观察组(患者、护生各33例),观察健康教育效果、患者满意度、带教质量。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者健康教育效果好,患者满意度高,护生带教质量高(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科糖尿病患者健康教育带教中应用循证护理,能提高患者健康教育效果及满意度,提高护生带教质量,效果较好,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the teaching of neurosurgery for diabetes.Methods Sixty-six internship nursing students and 66 neurosurgical diabetic patients(March 2017 to August 2018)were randomly selected.The patients and nursing students were randomly divided into the control group of regular diabetes health education and nursing(33 cases each of patients and nursing students)and the observation group(patients and nursing students,33 cases)with health education using evidence-based nursing,observe the effect of health education,patient satisfaction,and quality of teaching.Results Compared with the control group,the health education effect of the observation group was good,the patient satisfaction was high,and the quality of nursing students was high(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the teaching of neurosurgical diabetes health education can improve the health education effect and satisfaction of patients,improve the quality of nursing students,and the effect is good.It is worth learning.
