摘要
目的探究集柬化护理方案应用于神经外科重症病房气管切开术后的效果。方法选取自2014年5月～2015年5月于本院神经外科重症病房进行诊疗的60例气管切开患者为研究对象，并随机分为对照组（n=30）与观察组（n=30），对两组患者分别采用传统常规气管切开护理与集束化护理方案，观察比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果观察组患者气管切开导管留置时间以及肺部感染持续时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组气管切开并发症发生率为6．7％，对照组并发症发生率26．7％，观察组并发症发生率明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论集束化护理方案在神经外科重症病房气管切开患者气道护理中具有显著的效果，值得在临床工作中推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of bundle nursing care for patients with tracheotomy and the effect of prevention of pulmonary infection in department of Neurosurgery.Methods A total of 60 patients were selected from our hospital＇s department of Neurosurgery in May 2014 to May 2015, all patients were randomly divided into control group （n = 30）and observation group （n = 30） , and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional traeheotomy nursing, the observation group received the bundle nursing care program.The lung infection rate ,bacterial resistance rate ,the traeheotomy time and the complications were compared between the two groups.Results two groups of patients after nursing,observation group of patients with indwelling catheter time and duration of lung infection significantly longer than the control group, the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05） ;The incidence of complications in observation group was 6.7%,which was significantly lower than 26.7% of control group,χ^2 =4.320,P〈0.05.Conclusion The bundle nursing care of the tracheotomy patients has good nursing effeet, can effectively prevent pulmonary infection, reduce bacterial resistance rate, shorten the time of tracheotomy, and reduce the incidence of complications, simple and feasible, it is worthy of clinical application.
