摘要
目的探讨产科临床路径管理对孕产妇健康教育效果的影响。方法取2018年1—12月期间在该院产科门诊产检并在该院住院分娩的孕产妇220名进行研究;根据管理方式的不同将其分为两组,对照组110名,采用常规方式进行健康教育管理;观察组110名,采用产科健康教育临床路径管理,对比两组孕产妇的健康教育管理情况。结果观察组110名孕产妇中健康知识掌握率合格率为93.6%,母婴护理技能掌握合格率92.7%;护理满意率为96.4%;对照组孕产妇中孕产妇健康知识掌握率合格率67.3%;母婴护理技能掌握合格者率70.9%;护理满意率74.5%;组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科临床路径管理的实施能够显著提高孕产妇健康教育效果,提高孕产妇对母婴护理技能的掌握及满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of obstetric clinical pathway management on maternal health education.Methods From January to December 2018,220 pregnant women who were hospitalized in the obstetrics clinic and hospitalized in the hospital were divided into two groups.According to different management methods,110 cases were used in the control group with health education management in the conventional way;110 patients in the observation group were treated with clinical pathway management of obstetric health education,and the health education management of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group with 110 cases pregnant wowen,the qualified rate of maternal health knowledge rate was 93.6%,the maternal and child care skill mastery rate was 92.7%,the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.4%,and the maternal maternal health knowledge master rate was 67.3%.The maternal and child care skills master rate was 70.9%;the nursing satisfaction rate was 74.5%;the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of obstetric clinical pathway management can significantly improve maternal health education and improve maternal maternal and child care skills and satisfaction.
