摘要
目的:为了定量分析茶树种质资源遗传多样性,提出基于ISSR指纹图谱的茶树种质资源遗传多样性建模方法。方法:采用小波多尺度分解方法进行茶树种质资源遗传多样性ISSR指纹图谱滤波处理,提取茶树种质资源遗传多样性ISSR指纹图谱的边缘轮廓特征点,采用正则化特征分解方法进行ISSR指纹图谱的灰度信息增强处理,结合分块融合和模板匹配技术实行对遗传多样性ISSR指纹图谱的正则化模板匹配和多样性特征分析,采用分块融合处理方法实现对茶树种质资源遗传多样性建模。结果:仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行茶树种质资源遗传多样性建模的信息增强识别能力较好,对茶树种质资源遗传特征的提取准确度较高,识别能力较好。结论:该建模方法提高了对茶树种质资源遗传多样性的量化分析能力。
Objective:To quantitatively analyze the genetic diversity of tea plant resources,a modeling method of genetic diversity of tea plant resources based on ISSR fingerprint was proposed.Methods:The wavelet multi-scale decomposition method was used to filter the ISSR fingerprint of the genetic diversity of tea plant resources,and the edge contour feature points of the ISSR fingerprint of the genetic diversity of tea plant resources were extracted.The method of regularized feature decomposition is used to enhance the gray-scale information of ISSR fingerprint.The regularization template matching and diversity feature analysis of genetic diversity ISSR fingerprint are carried out by combining block fusion and template matching techniques.The genetic diversity of tea plant resources was modeled by block fusion method.Results:The simulation results show that the information enhancement and recognition ability of genetic diversity modeling of tea plant resources based on this method is better,the extraction accuracy of genetic characteristics of tea plant resources is higher and the recognition ability is better.Conclusion:The ability of quantitative analysis of genetic diversity of tea planting resources was improved.
