摘要
随着不同来源越来越多炭疽杆菌基因组测序的完成,为从全基因组水平研究炭疽杆菌提供了机遇。本文对炭疽杆菌基因组及其基因分型常用的两种方法MLVA和SNP的应用进行了概述,以了解炭疽杆菌的遗传特征及基因型别,为炭疽的防治工作提供科学依据。
The completed genome sequencing of an increasing number of Bacillus anthracis from different sources offers researchers the chance to conduct related genomic studies.This review summarizes the use of MLVAs and SNPs,which are two methods commonly used to study the genome and genotype B.anthracis.These approaches will help to understand the genetic characteristics and genotypes of B.anthracis and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of anthrax.
