摘要 目的:调查安徽省牛肠道寄生虫感染种类、强度和流行现状。方法:采用饱和盐水漂浮法、水洗沉淀法分别对安徽省6个奶牛场,7个黄牛场和3个水牛场采集的粪便样品进行肠道寄生虫调查。结果:所分析的955份粪便样品中,肠道寄生虫总感染率为17.28%(其中奶牛13.50%、黄牛14.55%、水牛44.34%);奶牛粪便中检出阿米巴原虫、球虫、毛圆线虫、莫尼茨绦虫等虫种,其中阿米巴原虫感染率最高为9.89%(52/526);黄牛主要感染球虫、毛圆线虫、阿米巴原虫、前后盘吸虫、莫尼茨绦虫等虫种,其中阿米巴原虫感染率最高是7.12%(23/323),其次是球虫,感染率为4.02%(13/323)。水牛样品中检出阿米巴原虫、球虫、毛圆线虫、类圆线虫、莫尼茨绦虫等虫种,其中优势虫种为球虫、阿米巴原虫、毛圆线虫,感染率分别是21.70%(23/106)、13.21%(14/106)、13.21%(14/106)。结论:安徽省奶牛、黄牛和水牛的寄生虫感染强度较大,其中水牛多呈混合感染。 Objective:To investigate the species,intensity and prevalence of bovine intestinal parasite infection in Anhui Province.Methods:Intestinal parasites were investigated in 955 stool samples from six dairy farms,seven cattle farms and three buffalo farms in various areas of Anhui Province using saturated saline floating method and water washing and sedimentation method.Results:The total infection rate of intestinal parasites in 955 stool samples was 17.28%(13.50%for dairy cows,14.55%for yellow cattle,and 44.34%for buffalo).Among the dairy cows feces,amoeba,coccidium,trichostrongyle,moniezia and other parasite species were detected,and the highest rate of amoeba infection was 9.89%(52/526).The yellow cattle are mainly infected with coccidium,trichostrongyle,amoeba,paramphistomum,and moniezia and so on.The highest infection rate of amoeba is 7.12%(23/323),followed by coccidium infection.The rate was 4.02%(13/323).Among the collected buffalo samples,amoeba,coccidium,trichostrongyle,strongylus,moniezia and others were detected.Buffalo was infected with coccidium,amoeba,and trichostrongyle,the rates were 21.70%(23/106),13.21%(14/106),and 13.21%(14/106),respectively.Conclusion:The parasitic infection intensity of dairy cows,yellow cattle and buffalo in Anhui Province is relatively high.Among them,buffaloes are mixed infection,and the prevention and control measures of bovine intestinal parasites need to be strengthened.
