摘要
为了解云南大理地区奶牛内阿米巴原虫的流行现状,采集大理3个地区的散养和规模化养殖奶牛新鲜粪便样品共计113份,使用PCR方法对内阿米巴原虫的18S rRNA基因位点进行扩增分析。结果显示,奶牛内阿米巴原虫总感染率为30.09%;宾川、洱源和巍山3个地区平均感染率分别为32.20%、27.78%、27.78%;散养和规模化养殖的奶牛内阿米巴的感染率分别为25.00%、30.69%;测序及种系发育关系分析结果显示,34份阳性样品中共有32份样品为Entamoeba bovis阳性,2份为Entamoeba sp.MG107/BEL阳性。此次调查的3个地区均存在不同程度的内阿米巴原虫感染,不同方式养殖的奶牛,内阿米巴原虫感染率无显著差异,E.bovis为云南省奶牛感染内阿米巴的优势虫种。
In order to understand the infection of Entamoeba in dairy cows in Dali,Yunnan province,113 fresh feces samples from free-range and scale-up dairy cows were collected from three regions of Dali,and the 18S rRNA gene locus of Entamoeba was amplified and analyzed by PCR.The results showed that the total infection rate of Entamoeba was 30.09%.The average infection rates in Binchuan,Eryuan and Weishan were 32.20%,27.78%and 27.78%respectively.The infection rates of Entamoeba in free-range farming and scale farming were 25.00%and 30.69%.Sequencing and phylogenetic relationship analysis showed that 32 Entamoeba bovis and 2 Entamoeba sp.MG107/BEL were identified in 34 positive samples.The three regions investigated in this study all had different degrees of Entamoeba infection.There was no significant difference in the rate of Entamoeba infection among different breeding modes.E.bovis was the dominant species of dairy cows infected with Entamoeba in Yunnan province.
