国外农村小规模学校的研究主题与启示——基于SSCI期刊论文关键词的可视化分析(1982—2018) 被引量:3

摘要 农村小规模的发展是我国振兴乡村教育,实现公平而有质量教育追求的关键环节。借助关键词共词聚类分析法和社会网络分析法,对国外已发表的一百余篇SSCI期刊文献的共词分析发现,相比我国,国外农村小规模学校的发展较早,研究主题丰富,涵盖了高质量复式教学研究、政策视角下农村小规模学校的存续研究、农村小规模学校的社区文化功能研究、校长角色研究、师资建设研究以及学生身心健康发展研究六个主题,为我国农村小规模学校的发展提供了以下启示:从关注政策绩效转向关注教学实效;从单一的资源依赖转向多元的资源互通;形成“知其所需”的师资建设思路;重视学生的身心健康。 Small rural school is the key to revitalize rural education and realize the goal of fair and quality education.Compared with China,the development of small rural schools abroad is earlier and related research topics are richer.They can be divided into six main research topics:high-quality mixed-age teaching,the existence of small rural schools from the perspective of educational policy,the community culture function of small rural schools,the role of principals,the construction of teachers and the development of students'physical and mental health.Research above can provide the following inspirations for the development of small rural schools in China:from focusing on the performance of educational policy to focusing on the effectiveness of teaching;shifting from the dependency on single resource to resource sharing;establishing the concept of“knows what it needs”to develop teachers and paying attention to students'physical and mental health.
